Shipping & Returns
Shipping information for Tony Moore Illustration
Orders are generally shipped out within 1 week of the date they are ordered. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order, especially around holidays. Most US orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, when possible. Most International orders are shipped using USPS First Class Shipping. Customer will be provided with a notice of shipping.
US shipping is $7 base, +$1 per additional item,
International Shipping is $25 base, +$2 per additional item.
International orders will be tracked until they exit the US border. Once exported, we assume no liability for lost or damaged items, and can no longer track your package. Consumer assumes this risk in purchasing. We are happy to provide you with the customs number for your shipment.
International orders: Our prices do not include any fees (they vary depending on where you are), so any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs are collected by the local shipping company upon delivery. We are unable to prevent or control this, and you alone are liable for any such additional fees incurred. If your package arrives and you refuse it because you don't want to pay those fees, we will not be able to refund your money.
All prints/posters will be shipped in a cardboard tube, unless shipped with items which require a larger container. Original art will be shipped flat to prevent damage.
Refunds and Exchanges
If original artwork arrives damaged, you may return it to us for a full refund. It's one of a kind. You can either keep our art or your money, not both.
For items from the rest of the store, NO REFUNDS, plain and simple.
If the item you ordered arrives damaged in transit, you can return it to us and we will replace it with a new one.
If the item you receive is not the one you ordered, you can return it to us and we will replace it with the correct item.
No returns or exchanges on clearance items.
In any case of an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your desire to exchange, and we will email you a return label. Please note that return labels for International shipments will not be able to be created. This is because all shipments must originate in your country of origin to work with our shipping privider, ShipStation. The same holds true for any shipments that are being returned from an APO, FPO, or DPO since those are considered non-U.S. addresses for returns purposes (there is not a way to determine exactly where a base is located, and thus we must treat all of them as international).
