Tyler Childers: COUNTRY SQUIRE Music Video

Tony

As you may have noticed, it’s been kinda quiet around here for the last few months.

If you’ve been wondering what I’ve been up to, well, I’ve had my nose to the proverbial grindstone on my latest collaboration with Tyler… and here it is:

I had pretty much nothing in my portfolio or resumé that would show a reasonable executive that I was capable of handling such a thing, and so I am honored beyond words that Tyler and his crew took a chance on me, trusting me with the reins for this project. I wrote, designed, storyboarded, and directed this video, and thanks to the outstanding animators at Bomper Studio, I cannot fathom being more pleased with how it turned out.

If you like what you see and hear here, be sure to check out TYLER CHILDERS’ YOUTUBE CHANNEL for other videos, including the Grammy-nominated ALL YOUR’N, which I did some design work for!

A Few New Interviews!

Tony

Here are a handful of interviews that have recently gone online. I've linked some in twitter, but here they all are in one convenient post, in case you missed anything! The Robots Pajama Party Podcast! Part 1 & Part 2

The Double-Naught 7 Digest! interview by Britt Kennerly, who also happens to be my aunt!

and lastly but not leastly, a nice interview with the always-charming Chris Arrant from NEWSARAMA.com!

Thanks for tuning in!

Big Illustration Party Time!

Tony

i recently did an interview with Kevin Cross and Josh Kemble at their podcast, Big Illustration Party Time!

It's a different kind of beast than the casual listener might be used to, as it's mostly shop talk and gets pretty heavy on the technical bits. If this sounds up your alley, or you're just curious for more insight into my specific processes, give 'er a click!
