Crypto-Commission

Tony

So, i was recently asked to do a poster image for a cryptocurrency group, which was out of left field, but super fun to do. I worked a quite bit out of my comfort zone here, especially with the colors, and i think it yielded one of my best pieces yet.

Sketch of the Day! SPIDEY & GREEN GOBLIN

Tony

spidey_gg_web.jpg

It's been a helluva while since i did daily sketches, but i've recently added COMMISSIONS to the site, and orders are starting to roll in, so i figured i'd post what i've been doing for those as well as some i've done recently just for the hell of it. This costumer requesed Spidey & Green Goblin, with a Romita influence. i had a lot of fun with it, since i'd never drawn GG before.

You can commission your very own piece over in my STORE.

9" x 12", inks & acrylics (w/ Raphael brushes) and Copic Marker on Strathmore toned paper.

Introducing ART OF THE DAY!

Tony

First up, I'm offering this BATMAN #32 cover, from Snyder and Capullo's Zero Year arc.

I'm proud to say we've finally scanned and cataloged almost all of my Original Art, and we'll be posting a new featured piece every day! We have covers and pages from almost every book I've worked on, as well as a load of original art from a whole slew of other projects!

Keep an eye out as we get everything loaded in and posted! There are several existing categories in the Original Art menu, and while at the moment, not every section has something posted, in time, we will fill them all up with all kinds of fun stuff! So, keep an eye out, as we'll be offering up a new piece every day!

(and yes, the Sketch Of The Day will return as well!)

Sketch of the Day! PEE-WEE HERMAN

Tony

Today's sketch is another one of those renegades who left his mark on my childhood, and whose creative scars i still carry today: PEE-WEE HERMAN. Also, i just had to draw that bitchin' helmet.

This one's 8.5" x 9", markers on chipboard. Hang this rebel in your playhouse today-- just hit the STORE!

Sketch of the Day! FREDDY KRUEGER

Tony

One, Two, Freddy's coming for you. Three, Four, better lock your door.

Today's sketch features one of my lifelong favorite horror heroes, FREDDY KRUEGER. Of all the 80's slasher franchises, I think i loved Nightmare on Elm Street the most.

8.5" x 9", markers on chipboard. You can make your dream of owning this piece come true by clicking over to the STORE.
